From the foundation phase through framing and on during the construction process, Excalibur Construction is glad to bring our homeowners on-site to review the quality of the workmanship and to allow the customer the opportunity to truly know the bones of their home.
Ed Friend actually requests that all customers attend an extensive pre-drywall walkthrough to review the placement of wiring switches, plugs, light fixtures, air conditioning, plumbing lines and any other specialty items like central vacuums or surround sound. This helps to give each customer an intimate knowledge of their home while giving Excalibur an opportunity to show just how proud we are of out structure, even behind the walls.
This extra step is another example of why all those who own an Excalibur home truly know that at Excalibur Construction, "Build it once, Build it Right" is really know it gets done.
